Network Requirements for v2.0.33 > v2.2.2 Update

IMPORTANT (2.0.33 Users): Action Required - Additional Firewall / Network Requirements

As part of the v2.2 rollout, new security protocols have been implemented to ensure data integrity and privacy. As such, there are important Network Requirement Updates that must be performed by some customers.

Action required by 2.0.33 customers: There are updated network rules that must be added to your network in order to support the user access via web browsers and multi party calls.

For example an additional port must be opened: 

• 8089 - (TCP/UDP)
