In this release, we have focused on improving performance, introducing new features, and resolving bugs to enhance the overall user experience. Below, you will find a detailed summary of the changes included in this version.

RemoteSpark Web Client

RemoteSpark is now on the web browsers! Experts will be able to make calls from a browser on either a mobile device or a desktop computer.

Compatibility note: Optimized for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Quick Hits

Release of the Web App means that RemoteSpark™ is now accessible on most smart phones & tablets (not just PCs)
The "Expert" side will no longer be required to install the RemoteSpark™ for PC app from the Microsoft Store (or via sideload)
User accounts remain device agnostic - your RS login will allow access to the HoloLens App, the PC App, your RemoteSpark Dashboard, and the new Web Client!

Multi Party Calling

You now have the ability to invite an Additional Expert to a RemoteSpark call. The second expert can join by PC app or web client to a three-party conference call.

Panel Lock

We have introduced a palm panel lock feature to provide enhanced control and prevent the accidental activation of the palm panel.
