To make a call from the HoloLens, open the Palm Panel and navigate to the Contacts screen. There, select the currently online contact that you wish to call. Once the contact is open, select the green call button (phone icon) to initiate a call using our recommended settings.
If you wish enter a bandwidth-limited call, select Call Settings and choose the video bandwidth of your call. Read our article on call speeds to learn more about choosing the speed that's right for you.

Open Contacts
