How do I check what endpoint I'm using?

We suggest that you use the default setting; RemoteSpark Cloud as it will automatically connect to the best option for you regardless of where you are in the world - but from time-to-time, in specific scenarios, you may be asked to connect to a specific endpoint.

Here's how you change your endpoint or find out what one you're connected to.

Step 1

Open RemoteSpark and ensure that you are logged out.

Step 2

Click the Settings icon (gears) at the bottom right to open your settings.

Step 3

You'll find your current endpoint under Select Server. Again, we suggest that you use the default setting; RemoteSpark Cloud as it will automatically connect to the best option for you regardless of where you are in the world - but from time-to-time, in specific scenarios, you may be asked to connect to a specific endpoint.
