How do I revoke RemoteSpark from my Microsoft Business or Office365 account?

In rare instances users may need to revoke RemoteSpark's access to their Microsoft account if they're having login issues. This is related to a AADSTS50020 error that users may receive during the login process.


This article is related to Microsoft Business and Office365 accounts. For personal accounts, please reference this article.


Step 1

Navigate to https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ in your browser.


Step 2 

Find kspsparkwebfunction in your applications.

 

Step 3

Click the menu icon (trio of vertical dots) and navigate to Manage your application




Step 4 

On the right hand side of the screen you'll find Revoke Permissions. Click that and okay the process.



 


After those steps are complete, please re-launch the RemoteSpark application and log back in.
